About the NJ Trio

Who

The NJ Trio are three quirky siblings who reign from the suburbs of New Jersey and share a common love of Disney, writing, and cuisine. Always experimenting inside and outside of the kitchen, the siblings have created and encountered delectable, and sometimes not so delectable, concoctions. The past year’s life changes, such as cross country relocation and culinary school enrollment, resulted in even more experimentation and discoveries. 

Where

Currently 1 sibling resides in California, 1 resides in Florida, and 1 is keeping the NJ in the Trio in our home state.

Why Whips of Dole?

Basically, they love Dole Whips, the refreshing pineapple soft serve ice cream served at Disney resorts. Well, Shortcake and Sandwich love Dole Whips. Sonic loves the orange version, the Citrus Swirl. And b/c of Brent Dodge and the WEDfriends is how we got the name! This blog is a simple attempt at documenting their culinary adventures so that 1)They can share it with others and 2)They can remember it all.
